RTV National President Becomes member of Black Clergy

RTV National President, Pastor Bill Devlin, becomes member of Black Clergy of Philadelphia & Vicinity, Inc. on April 24, 2008
Devlin stated, "I am very grateful to my sisters and brothers for their confidence in me as they have warmly welcomed me into this storied and faithful institution. The Executive Committee I met with, most of whom I have done ministry with for years, welcomed me in the name of Jesus. Current Black Clergy president, Pastor Ellis Washington of St. Matthews AME Church in West Philadelphia, is a respected leader and man of God. We have prayed together and mutually encouraged one another in our various ministries. I look forward to serving with my sisters and brothers in Christ Jesus at Black Clergy."
